How do I book my consultation?
Choose an available date and time in the calendar, check the time zone, and enter your details to complete the booking. Contact our team if you need help choosing a time.
What happens during the video consultation?
Your physiotherapist discusses your symptoms, movement difficulties, relevant history and goals. They explain whether online assessment and rehabilitation suit your needs and discuss appropriate next steps, including an in-person examination when needed.
How long is the consultation, and do I need to pay?
No payment required for the first consultation. Each consultation lasts one hour. Ongoing physiotherapy treatment sessions are paid; you can discuss your options before deciding how to continue.
What should I have ready for my session?
Use a device with a working camera and microphone and a reliable internet connection. Have any relevant medical reports available if you already have them. You can still discuss your symptoms and history without existing reports.
