FitMe Physio - Terms and Conditions
Welcome to FitMe Physio. By booking sessions or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Service Overview
1.1. FitMe Physio provides personalised online physiotherapy services. Our sessions are tailored to address your specific needs and help you achieve better physical health.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. We follow a fair and flexible cancellation policy to respect your time and ours:
2.2. Unlimited Free Cancellations (12+ Hours Notice): You or your physiotherapist may cancel or reschedule any session more than 12 hours in advance without any penalty.
2.3. Late Cancellations (1–12 Hours Notice): Clients are allowed 2 free late cancellations per 10-session package. Any additional cancellations in this time window will count as a used session. If a physiotherapist cancels within this window, you will receive one free session in return.
2.4. Last-Minute Cancellations (<1 Hour Notice): Client cancellations within 1 hour of the session start time will be counted as a completed session. If a physiotherapist cancels in this window, you will receive a free session as compensation.
2.5. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that unexpected situations arise. In case of medical or urgent emergencies, please contact us with valid proof (e.g., doctor note) for case-by-case consideration.
3. Rescheduling Policy
3.1. You can reschedule your session up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling is not allowed within 1 hour of the session.
4. Refund Policy
4.1. Unused Sessions: Clients can request a refund for unused sessions from a prepaid plan. 90% of the session value will be refunded. 10% will be retained for administrative and tax purposes.
4.2. Non-refundable: No refunds will be issued for completed sessions (attended or not), late cancellations, or no-shows unless a valid exception is approved.
4.3. Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Privacy Policy
5.1. We are committed to protecting your personal information. All data shared with us is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details.
6. Liability
6.1. FitMe Physio aims to provide high-quality physiotherapy services. However, we are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or after treatment if the advice provided is not followed correctly. Please consult your primary healthcare provider before beginning any treatment plan.
7. Changes to Terms
7.1. FitMe Physio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect from the date mentioned in the notice.
