Welcome to FitMe Physio. By booking sessions or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Service Overview
1.1. FitMe Physio provides personalised online physiotherapy services. Our sessions are tailored to address your specific needs and help you achieve better physical health.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. We understand that plans can change, so we've designed a fair and flexible cancellation policy:
2.1.1. Unlimited Free Cancellations: You or Physiotherapist may cancel any session more than 12 hours before its scheduled time without any restrictions or penalties.
2.1.2. Cancellations Within 1 to 12 Hours: You are allowed 2 free cancellation, per 10 sessions, for sessions canceled between 1 hour and 12 hours before the scheduled start time. After the given free cancellations, any additional cancellations during this window will count as a session used, if cancelled by Physiotherapist more than twice in this time frame, one additional session will be given to you for each cancellation.
2.1.3. Cancellations Within 1 Hour: If you cancel a session within 1 hour of its start time, the session will automatically be counted. If Physiotherapist cancels in this window one additional session will be given to you for each cancellation.
2.1.4. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you face an urgent situation, please reach out to us, and we will review your case to make appropriate adjustments where necessary.
3. Rescheduling Policy
4.1. You can reschedule a session up to 2 hours before the session start time without penalty. Rescheduling within 1 hours of the session start will not be possible.
4. Refund Policy
5.1. We do not provide refunds for completed or partially used plans.
5.2. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases, such as if a physiotherapist is unavailable for an extended period, or if FitMe Physio is unable to deliver the services outlined at the time of booking.
5. Privacy Policy
6.1. We are committed to protecting your personal information. All data shared with us is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details.
6. Liability
7.1. FitMe Physio aims to provide high-quality physiotherapy services. However, we are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or after the treatment if the advice provided is not followed correctly. Consult your primary healthcare provider before starting any treatment plan with us.
7. Changes to Terms
8.1. FitMe Physio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect from the date mentioned in the notice.
